Establish and maintain strict quality standards during production.
PackageWorks sets benchmarks for all of Alpha Paw’s production facilities, in both the US and in Asia, that have to be met before a product is shipped. The established processes utilize a spectrometer, calipers, and loupe to ensure that all defects are eliminated during prepress and kept from entering the production batch. PackageWorks Quality Inspectors are on site for every first production run.
Word Around the Box
PackageWorks helped us switch from a plastic mailer to 100% paper based mailer one, saving the equivalent of 10k+ plastic water bottles of waste. They’ve also produced and manage over a dozen packaging SKUs for AlphaPaw and allows our team to focus on what we do best.

Alpha Paw continually uses PackageWorks’ design team to create packaging and branding for new product launches. With every new product, Alpha Paw is able to go from ideation to realization in weeks—not months. With PackageWorks, eye-catching designs, under strict deadlines, are not mutually exclusive.
Sustainability
More environmentally friendly, beautifully branded packaging, cheaper than U-Line.
PackageWorks converted Alpha Paw’s unbranded bubble mailer to a branded, recycled, paper-based mailer. Their branded mailers are even cheaper than the previous plastic bubble mailer.
PackageWorks used recycled corrugated, instead of virgin corrugated, to help Alpha Paw make good on their promise to do their part for humans and furry ones alike.
